Start with a lead/client

Did you just get a possible sale lead?

Get your contract signed

Add your contract template right into SellingBee.  Add special fields that tell SellingBee to pull specific info for your client and it will automatically be loaded into the contract for your client!

Your contract is then ready for your client to sign!  With a click, email or text a link to your contract and your client can view it and sign it on-line electronically!

Set up your estate sale!

Once your client has signed, go ahead and set up your estate sale.

And you're not limited to just a single sale.  Add an on-line sale to sell some of the better estate items.  Then add an in-person sale later to handle the entire estate.  You can even do long-term consignments for your client.
